This is an excellent updte to the remote, I have had all the remotes so far and I belive this to be the best.It allows you to set a timer to stop the fan at a desired time limit. It is easy to set up compaiired to the previous M2 model. Fast delivery well packed and helpful friendly staff.

My old remote receiver failed for some reason after many years of use. Fitting the receiver is easy, the wiring diagram is simple to follow and each colour coded wire is labelled as to what it's for. The M3 remote handset is a much better and slimmer design than the original M1. To be picky, I wish it didn't have a rubber keypad. It works OK, I just don't like rubber keypads.

Inherited the ceiling fan, which stopped working after about three months, subsequently light failed to illuminate properly. Spoke to Fantasia, who talked me through problems and advised replacing the remote. I was a bit hesitant about doing it myself, but shielding meant I couldn't have anyone in the house. I decided to tackle it myself today. SO SIMPLE! Wish I done it ages ago. New Design and tech. Marvellous customer service. Very happy. Working fine.

Great that everything was clearly labelled, both in the instructions and on each individual wire so no guesswork or assumptions. Had to climb up a ladder as in a vaulted ceiling but due to clarity was able to replace the old part first time and everything now works a treat!!

The M3 remote control is better than the M2 in technology but more
complicated to fit if you are fitting two or more ,fitting one is ok ending up ringing Fantasia for help the installation were not clear enough got their in
the end thank you.

This is a better design and uses better technology than the original. Installed fairly easily, all working fine.

Had the ceiling fan installed around 15 yrs back, talked to Fantasia about lighting up problem, was talked through symptoms and advised that the receiver unit should be replaced. Ordered the unit and was delivered within a few days, it was easily fitted and worked a treat.

Rang the company to seek advice as to whether I should purchase a new ceiling fan to replace my 8 yr old Phoenix model (which had developed a fault with the remote control) instead of my electrician buying the fittings himself following his quotation. Was informed by very helpful and friendly staff that I should purchase this new M3 system instead which also included the receiver unit. Was then told it was half the price my electrician had quoted, discounted as I was already a customer. I placed online order around midday to receive the package the following day. Even my electrician was greatly impressed at the low cost and speed of delivery. And I only paid him for installation which was very quick and easy with the fan working perfectly now. It's also nice to have the added bonus of a timer feature on the remote control. Over the decades I have experienced varying levels of customer service and can honestly say that this company is now at the top of my list, deservedly so. Well done Fantasia :-)

Replacement M3 Remote Control System received very promptly with very clear instructions. Fitting a little awkward due to necessarily cramped space in housing, but with a little advance planning of the steps to be taken, it was not that difficult to remove the old unit and install the replacement. The auto-stop after n hours buttons on the remote is an excellent upgrade - well done

I fitted this replacement controller myself in about 30 minutes and was pleased with the detailed instructions which accompanied the product.

Was helped to diagnose the fault by e-mail. Good update to my old remote. Pairing was simple. My only criticism is that the Live and Neutral in could have been an inch or two longer, which would have made installation much easier.

This company is at the top of the game when it comes to customer service. After many years of good service the remote control (M2) failed on our Sigma fan. Very rapid and helpful response to my enquiry enabled me to diagnose the problem. Replacement remote control quickly despatched and now we have the improved control system. Excellent.

Having owned Fantasia fans for many years and had briliant service from them this new remote is better than the other ones that they have produced. This remote is just as easy to fit but the best part is that it has a switch off time for you to deceide when you want the fan to switch off. Very reasonable price and fast delivery.

Remote works well and has additional timer feature. Replacing the old unit with the new went reasonably smoothly. The fan seems to run a little slower on the first setting but not a problem as such. M2 remote lasted 10 years (we think its precedessor lasted about the same time) - maybe this one can go longer!

Replaced my M2 remote for the second time in a few years, so I guess thats why Fantasia decided on the M3 upgrade as it seems there were problems with the M2. My new M3 remote was delivered within a couple of days and is a direct replacement for the M2. There are a couple of small appendages where the wires come out of the receiver unit which makes it slightly wider than the M2, but with a bit of fiddling it does fit in the space in the fan unit. Apart from that it works well and the control hand set has the extra benefit of timer control as well. Hopefully this upgraded product will last longer than the M2 product it replaces!

I bought this to replace a faulty receiver. It was fairly easy to fit as it just fitted in where the previous one sat and it was just a question of reconnecting the wires. I had to lengthen all the exposed wires to give a bit more flexibility but that was the only complication. It all works! The instructions were OK.

I suspected I needed a replacement fan control receiver unit for my fan. The customer service rep was very polite and helpful and guided me through the reasons why the fan would be noisy and why the remote was no longer responding. She advised that I could even get a more up to date version of the remote with extra features. Very happy. Remote receiver now fitted and works perfectly.

Correctly diagnosed as a part required to fix an issue with my 2006 Emotion ceiling fan. Received quickly & well packaged. Easy to fit with clear instructions on paper & Youtube video. New handset much nicer than the old one.

If you can wire a plug, you can fit this. It worked straight off and is a great improvement. on the old model, which had ceased to function.
