11 years in & a switch cord breaks....no problem.....Fantasia website was easy to navigate to replacement switch which was ordered & delivered in 2 days. Good fitting instructions & spare connection crimps. Up & running again now for another 11 years.....

Pull Switch from a fantasia fan, fitted lovely and came with all the bits required to facilitate change.

Surprised to find the part still available so many years after the fan was purchased.
Apart from having a more modern connector on one wire that had to be removed, it was almost exactly the same design as the original, which made understanding how to fit it very simple.
Good to speak to a person who obviously knew something about the products he was selling when I phoned to check some details.

Does the job, however if I had known I could have got more or less the same part for a third of the price including delivery. Very helpful sales person from Fantasia took their time to check this would for my 17 year old fan/light. Am not an electrician but found this repair easy enough.

Replacement switch was easy to fit if not a bit fiddly. A little expensive but as the original has lasted 29 years I'm not complaining

The item arrived very quickly and was exactly as ordered, I had already taken the fan apart so I was able to fit the new part straight away.
All systems now working well

The repair process was a bit fiddly but completed in about 45 minutes from start to finish. The part was excellent - & came with all the other bits needed.
The service from Fantasia is excellent - ordered Sunday evening, delivered on Tuesday.

when the switch broke on my 20 year old fan i was amazed that i could get one fantastic service

I rang to ask what I could do about a broken light switch pull expecting an expensive repair or to have a buy a new light. A replacement switch was delivered within 24 hours at a cost of a tenner. Once I dismantled the switch holding part of the light I could see what to do. (I'm hopeless at written instructions!)

After 16 years the light switch had stopped working, so I contacted Fantasia expecting to be told that as the fan was so old....bla bla, but was pleasantly surprised when I found out that they still kept spares for a 16 year old product and then impressed with the speed of delivery. it arrived the next day complete with full and clear instructions.
Way to go Fantasia!

Very pleased that this was available for my 16-year old light/fan although it wasn't quite as easy to install as the directions implied. It was ok, though, as I had an electrician to do it.

Very impressed.. i ordered this switch and it was delivered the following day. The switch was for a fan i have had for almost 18yrs. This is the first problem I have had. Very impressive. Full marks for a top quality products and after sales service

My replacement switch arrived within 2 days of placing the order it was packaged quite sufficiently was reasonably simple to fit and returned my light fitting to as new condition. All round excellent service.

After many years of service the "pull-cord" decided to become detached from the light control switch on our fan unit. The switch, itself, is a sealed unit so the only answer is a new one. Luckily, it's one of the more obvious "spares" immediately available via Fantasia and the light was back in operation 2 days later.

Emailed Fantasia on Sunday pm for replacement pull switch which arrived on Tuesday. Fantastic service, plus fantastic fans, which I don't think you can beat.

Sent enquiry email - got reply in a few hours on how to order- placed the order late afternoon - arrived in post next morning.

After being sent the speed switch by mistake I called customer support and was sent the correct switch which arrived the next day. No fuss, just sent it out.

Simple to order simple to fit. Delivery took three days, but we are out in the sticks a bit. Bad news for Fantasia, the wife wanted a new ceiling fan.
