Shade was a replacement. Great advice and super quick service.
Postage seems a little steep for the size and cost of the item. However, well packaged and safely delivered.

Unfortunately the shades I required were discontinued, the customer service assistant Emma, searched to see if there were any in stock via the warehouse. She found two for me. Received them the next day. Excellent service.Thank you.

I bought this fan a few years ago and it has been working perfectly for some time. I recently smashed the shade and came to see if I could get a new one. The service was first class. Correct replacement arrived within 2 days. It was extremely well packaged. Couldn't have asked for more! I have used this company for 2 ceiling fans (one which has been going day and night for about 13 years) and both have been top quality. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I only bought new shades for my fan, but they are excellant quality and were delivered within 2 days. I have had 2 fans for years and are better than any of my friends fans, so I have told them you should have bought Fantasia, they are wonderful.

The shade was to replace a broken one. I emailed the Head Office to find out if an identical one was still available and Jackie Black was very good at directing me to the shade I needed. In this day and age of waiting a long time for a reply it was great to receive such a prompt and helpful service. Well done.

I was nervous about ordering unseen, but a dialogue with Fantasia confirmed that Belmont with neck would be a good replacement for our obsolete Regency shades (of which 1 had been broken). Fast delivery, well packaged, our new Belmont shades look good.

Ordered a replacement light shade. Customer services were extremely helpful. The product itself was a white/opaque glass lamp shade. Just a glass shade, which was what we needed, so all was good.

After accidently breaking a light shade for our Fantasia ceiling fan/light assembly, I ordered a replacement via the website on a Friday. It arrived, well packaged, the very next day. Even accounting for luck with the postal pick-up times etc., this was a very good service, obviously dispatched very quickly. Stating the neck diameter on the site would have been more reassuring for the fit.

After having a Fantasia ceiling fan for 13years I wanted new shades for the lights. An online chat confirmed I had selected the right ones to fit my fan, placed the order and within 24 hours they were delivered and installed WOW! Excellent service Fantasia....thank you.

A guest broke the shade on one of the fan lights by shaking the duvet such that it caught the pull cord which hit and broke the glass shade.
I emailed for assistance both to remove the broken shade and to obtain a new shade. I was told exactly where to go on the web site and what shade to order. I was also sent a tool for removing teh shade locking ring. Both shade and tool were here within 48 hours. This service was excellent and the sort that very few foirms provide. I thnak all yhose involved in the process

A Replacement shade for the Amorie. I was disappointed that it was slightly chipped around the inside of the hole. Was willing to live with it as it can't be seen once fitted and with the bulb inserted. Still I would expect better from Fantasia as they do make fantastic fans.

Looked all over the internet to find a shade to match my ceiling fan. I guess would of been easier if i took the fan off the ceiling to get model number. Fantasia shows images of the fan the shade comes from, so made it ultra easy to pick the one i needed, with super fast delivery and well packaged i got my replacement shade within 24 hours. Ordered two shades for our viper fans, after looking on the net for prices assuming the genuine ones would be expensive!.
How wrong was I, the Fantasia site was easy to use & prices were as competitive as other suppliers.
Win win then.
Postage was fast & the items were so well packed you could have played football with the parcel & the glass would have still been delivered in one piece!...

I purchased a Fantasia Capri fan from John LEWIS in 2012 and last week I smashed a light shade. The Capri fan is not listed on the web lamp shade list so I telephoned and was given very friendly and helpful advice as to what I needed. I then made the web order and received the replacement shade at 9am the following morning. You just couldn't better that!

The Belmont shades look really good and brings our ceiling fan bang up to date to go with our new décor. Neck diameter in description would have saved an online chat but otherwise great. Delivery and service were excellent.

Very happy with the quality and delivery of these items.
I think,however, that it would be very useful if the description of the shades could include the diameter of the shade base, the neck of the shade and the overall length. This is essential if they are to be fitted to other than a fantasia ceiling fan.
The good news is that they fitted!

I would have thought that with a new glass shade you would have included a new plastic bezel as it was due to the fit of the original glass shade in the bezel they the glass shade fell out and broke.

I have been looking for these shades for ages then a friend mentioned this site. I ordered the shades and in a few days they were delivered to my door! It took a few minutes to fit, and at last my ceiling fan was complete!

We bought a ceiling fan with single light a couple of years ago for a particular room in our house to find it didn't leave enough head height to be safe. It had also been a couple of months before we got round to fitting it. This meant taking it back wasn't an option!
Finally, we decided which room to install it in a couple of years down the line. We were so pleased, especially with the current hot weather, but stupid me wanted to check the glass shade was secure enough. Yes it broke in my hands!
The DIY store we bought it from couldn't help and after numerous phone calls I went online and found this website. Absolutely brilliant! It had so many replacement glass shades, and after measuring the neck we chose one suitable for our ceiling fan. It was a reasonable price and the company was easy to order from and we received the well packaged parcel in a matter of a few days. Perfect!

I recently moved into a house that came with a ceiling fan in the bedroom but unfortunately I broke the glass lampshade while decorating. I was so relieved to find the Fantasia website online, where the exact same shade was available for only £10. In fact I couldn't believe my luck!
I ordered the new shade at lunchtime and it was delivered before 10am the next day. I received regular email updates while the package was in transit, and was told the exact hour within which it would be delivered.
I've never experienced such a pleasurable online purchase; thanks Fantasia you've been a real life saver!

The new shades have greatly improved the look of the fan/light unit that we inherited when we purchased the house. I found that company very helpful in giving advice as to what shades would fit.

I was very pleased to find a web-site which supplied replacement ceiling fan shades as I had two which had broken. The order arrived very quickly and was super protected so arrived perfectly intact.
Only down side would be that the website doesn't indicate the size of the shades so they were both bigger than I had expected and one is too big, really. However, they do fit and I now have two functioning ceiling fans.

Having had our Fantasia ceiling fans for the past 14 years I was a bit doubtful of obtaining a new shade when ours shattered.
Having looked on the web site I found I could just order the shade itself at a reasonable price.
I ordered the shade and was surprised when it arrived the next day.

The inside of our very large conservatory roof hadn't been cleaned for around 10 years - So my husband decided to get off his butt and clean it - I wasn't going to stop him as he rarely does anything around the house. Up he went up the ladder and the glass dome from our rather old Viper Fantasia ceiling fan/light fell and smashed. I wasn't sure I could get a replacement as the fan is around 12 years old, but within 24 hours, I had my question answered (that it would match existing) and the replacement was with us.
If my husband decides to do any more cleaning in another 12 years, I hope Fantasia will still be able to replace this part again at such a good price. Thank you :)

Reply to my email about a replacement switch for the fan was within minutes, the switch arrived next day and the new shades I subsequently ordered arrived with 36 hrs. The electrician who fitted the switch rang for technical help which was immediately forthcoming and accurate. If only all firms were this good.
