I only bought new shades for my fan, but they are excellant quality and were delivered within 2 days. I have had 2 fans for years and are better than any of my friends fans, so I have told them you should have bought Fantasia, they are wonderful.

I ordered 2 shades one day, and they were here the day after. Great service. The shades are well made, and were extremely well packed for delivery. I recommend using this company without hesitation.

Contacted Fantasia Ceiling fans, to get replacement shades.
Unfortunately the shades I required were discontinued, the customer service assistant Emma, searched to see if there were any in stock via the warehouse. She found two for me. Received them the next day. Excellent service.Thank you.

I bought this fan a few years ago and it has been working perfectly for some time. I recently smashed the shade and came to see if I could get a new one. The service was first class. Correct replacement arrived within 2 days. It was extremely well packaged. Couldn't have asked for more! I have used this company for 2 ceiling fans (one which has been going day and night for about 13 years) and both have been top quality. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Shade was a replacement. Great advice and super quick service.
Postage seems a little steep for the size and cost of the item. However, well packaged and safely delivered.

We needed replacement glass shades for an existing ceiling fan. Spoke to Richard about size and if they would fit. He asked us for measurements and quickly returned to say they would. We placed our order and they arrived safely in just a couple of days. Fitted to fan and looking great. Thank you.

I was nervous about ordering unseen, but a dialogue with Fantasia confirmed that Belmont with neck would be a good replacement for our obsolete Regency shades (of which 1 had been broken). Fast delivery, well packaged, our new Belmont shades look good.

Looked all over the internet to find a shade to match my ceiling fan. I guess would of been easier if i took the fan off the ceiling to get model number. Fantasia shows images of the fan the shade comes from, so made it ultra easy to pick the one i needed, with super fast delivery and well packaged i got my replacement shade within 24 hours. Well done. Keep up the good work

After accidently breaking a light shade for our Fantasia ceiling fan/light assembly, I ordered a replacement via the website on a Friday. It arrived, well packaged, the very next day. Even accounting for luck with the postal pick-up times etc., this was a very good service, obviously dispatched very quickly. Stating the neck diameter on the site would have been more reassuring for the fit.

A Replacement shade for the Amorie. I was disappointed that it was slightly chipped around the inside of the hole. Was willing to live with it as it can't be seen once fitted and with the bulb inserted. Still I would expect better from Fantasia as they do make fantastic fans.

Ordered a replacement light shade. Customer services were extremely helpful. The product itself was a white/opaque glass lamp shade. Just a glass shade, which was what we needed, so all was good.

Very easy to find and order the replacement shade for a 3 year old lighting fixture. Good quality. I would buy Fantasia products again.

The shade was to replace a broken one. I emailed the Head Office to find out if an identical one was still available and Jackie Black was very good at directing me to the shade I needed. In this day and age of waiting a long time for a reply it was great to receive such a prompt and helpful service. Well done.

Ordered replacement shade for the Viper fan after I cracked it -parcel arrived in 2 days ,very well packed and with emails along the way to keep you updated . Price for the shade seems really good value .Very pleased with the customer service I have received this occasion and in the service received from this company generally over about 10 years -makes a change to trust a company and their products.
