I have a 13 year old Fantasia fan which had lost the middle and then the slow speed. I had looked at replacing the fan, but an enquire to Fantasia
recommend replacing the speed capacitor. This was supplied from stock with replacement instructions.
The fan is now running on all three speeds again.
Excellent service from Fantasia.

We have two Fantasia Mayfair fans which were purchased over 25 years ago and have been installed in three different houses. They are both in daily use (the one in the main bedroom is on all night whilst we sleep). Over the past year or so both fans lost one speed and we replaced the actual switches which made no difference... we were expecting to buy new fans. However, after reading other reviews on this site we ordered new speed capacitors, which arrived the following day together with easy to follow instructions. The work took around 15 minutes per fan and both are now as good as new.
With Fantasia offering an online catalogue of spare parts, helpful advice and instructions I can see no reason why our fans shouldn’t last another 25 years.
Excellent product, great customer service and exceptional corporate ethos.
Shame other companies don’t provide an identical business model (Hunter anybody?)

I purchased a brand new boxed Fantasia Vienna ceiling fan ( older model not clip on blades )on ebay and after installation found the middle speed was missing.
Checking on line regarding the fault pointed me in the direction of the speed capacitor.
Ordered direct with Fantasia Spares, received in two days, fitted same day and now all is ok.
Crimping tools are required when fitting.

Received a 3 wire capacitor as originally fitted but replacement had different capacitance values. I was also lead to believe that the 4 wire capacitor was the latest fitment so was surprised that this was not supplied or are they using up old stock?
Works fine anyway.

I have two fans in my conservatory and they are excellent, I have just had to renew the Start and Speed Capacitors in both fans. Fantasia were absolutely first class with their delivery, the fitting instructions were easy to follow and fans are working perfectly well again now.

I cannot fault the speed and delivery of the replacement part or the helpfulness of the staff at the office. The product works, but it has one less grey wires that the speed capacitor it was replacing. So there is a requirement to study the circuit diagram on the side of both the old and new items to see how to re wire the fan to achieve the same electrical connectivity. The explanation on the enclosed instruction sheet seems to brush over this by saying that it is the same and once you have worked this out that is true. The good news is that the fan worked first time after the repair and restored the three speed options which had been lost when the speed capacitor failed.

Fan only worked on fast speed for years and was going to sell it but looked up website for fantasia and saw we could replace the speed capacitor, ordered it, replaced it and now it's up and running perfectly again. Really pleased because it was an expensive fan.

My fan had lost its lower two speeds, the capacitor had four wires, the replacement on the website had three.
A quick email to the company told me that the three wire would fit the bill, but they would check if they had a four wire in stock if I placed my order.
A day later my parcel arrived with a four wire capacitor which was simple to fit.
I now have all three speeds back.
I was so impressed I ordered a new base cover and pull cord to tidy my old fan up. The whole thing now looks and works great.
Super impressed, keep up the great customer service fantasia.

Easy to order, competitively priced and rapid delivery. New capacitor has 4 wires, whereas 3-wire was advertised and expected. Also all of the links to capacitor change instructions lead to the speed switch change procedure. And the instructions sent out with the part were also for the switch. Fan now works on all 3 speeds though, so very happy.

I have a 20 year plus fan from Fantasia, over time the rotation dropped on all settings, I replaced both the starter and the speed capacitor, the rotation is now back to the original speed as at the time I purchased the fan.
Kathryn at Fantasia was more than helpful with assisting me in the purchase of the capacitors, (next day delivery) even talking me through the wiring on the new starter capacitor, (the speed capacitor comes with a diagram).
I cannot recommend this company more highly their back up is second to non.
Thank you, I will certainly be purchasing from them again when the fan finally fails, but that may be a long way off yet.

The fan in my conservatory was becoming slow to start so I decided to replace both the Start and Speed Capacitors. Fantasia's website had both the capacitors I needed. I ordered them one day, arrived the next fitted that afternoon all now back to normal. Instructions clear and easy to understand. Well done Fantasia, looking forward to another 15 years trouble free running.

The fan in our bedroom (~15 years old) had lost one of the speeds - clicking through the three speeds went from fast, to slow, to stationary with a humming sound! The replacement speed capacitor came next day and was really easy to fit.
Strangely though, although the blurb said the replacement would be a three-wire capacitor and my old one would have four, it was actually the other way round! That said, it was a pretty simple job and now all three speeds work perfectly again. Thank you Fantasia, brilliant to be able to keep our existing fan working.

I brought 2 fans roughly 10 years ago, one fan never had all 3 speeds working. During the lockdown thought it was about time I got round to looking at it. I spoke with Lee who provided me with an excellent service and the details I needed to be able to get the fan fixed. By following his advice I brought and fitted the parts which were delivered a day after ordering. The fan now fully works and I could not be happier with the service I received.
